Hey everyone I'm going to post this early to give everyone time to prepare. The next KOZ meeting will be June 19th and 20th. I know that weekend is Father's Day so any Dad's that want to attend are welcome. We will leave the church around 12 on Friday. This is our fishing/camping trip. Here are a few things they may want to bring.
Sleeping bag or blankets and pillows
Tent (if they have one and want to bring it) I have several.
Change of dry cloths
16 and older MUST have a VA fishing license
Fishing pole (if they want to) again we have several
The most important thing is ALL BOYS MUST BE READY TO HAVE FUN. This is one of the best trips we have and we are excited. If anyone has questions feel free to call text or message me. God bless

Another great day in the outdoors. We took the boys to Bays Mountain to see the animals. It's the first time I've ever been there and it was really beautiful. There's a lot of history to be learned too.

Reminder KOZ meeting next Saturday the 23rd. We will be going to Bay's Mountain so if you want a souvenir please bring money. See everyone at 8 on Saturday.

Happy Mothers Day to all our KOZ mothers. We truly appreciate each and everyone of you. Without you we wouldn't be able to be Rosedale Baptist KOZ. Thank you for trusting us to teach your boys. It truly is a blessing. I was googling a bible verse to post and came across this. I couldn't pick just one verse I feel they all represent a mother. I encourage you to read Proverbs 31:10-31. I hope everyone has a blessed day l.

Today we took the boys on a little hike. We talked about how easy it is to get lost. I blindfolded some of them and had the others all together guide them to a certain point. Then I had only one boy guide the blindfolded person. It was much easier when one person was giving directions. We can get lost so easily with everything in the world talking to us and we stray from the path. When we tune everything out and listen to the still small voice of God, he will guide us back to the path and the finish line. Thanks to all the boys that came and the men that gave us their time today.
