Prayer for the Week Prior to the Dec 3, 2022 Special TAC Prayer Strategy from Habakkuk
Strategy
Stop complaining, look, stand, be silent, watch, pray asking God for His good works and His mercy and no matter what comes praise Him and He will set our feet on high places.
Prayer
Heavenly Father fill Your people with Your peace, transform people’s thoughts to think on what is beautiful, what is lovely, lift the eyes of Your Bride to look to You, give Your Church the strength to stand on Your Word, close our mouth from uttering words of fear, worry, and rumor. Holy Father, may all Your people humbly come before You and ask You to show us Your good works and Your mercy. No matter the storm that we, Your people, face, YET will we praise You and give You glory and honor. By and through the holy name of Jesus. Amen.
Monday Proverbs 3:5-6:
• Cry out for the wisdom of God to be poured out upon the TAC and all Delegates.
• Pray that the Delegates will release control and trust in the Lord with all their heart
Tuesday John 14:15-31
• Pray against our anxieties, fears and prejudices, and for a release of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit
Wednesday 1 Peter 2:17: Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
• Ask for respect and kindness to fill all the Delegates and the conference leaders
Thursday 1 Timothy 2:1-3:
• Lift up Bishop Scott Jones and the TAC Trustees. Ask for the Lord to protect them and give them strength. And may times of refreshing be poured out to them.
Friday John 15:5:
• Pray that all Delegates will abide in Christ so that all hearts might be perfectly aligned with
His heart.
Saturday Ephesians 6:18: And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
• Remember that sharp differences don’t have to destroy love and all delegates should
remain on our prayer list. Pray God would bring them to a right understanding. But inasmuch as they’re still walking in the truth, ask God to bless them.
Look at the nations and watch—and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your
days that you would not believe, even if you were told. Habakkuk 1:5
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own
understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing
