Rain on the roof, coffee in hand, and one last morning together.

We wrapped up the weekend with worship led by Ferd and a strong final word from John Stone on sharpening one another. Dads and sons leaning in, challenging each other, and walking out a little stronger than they came.

Cabins turn into spaces where walls come down.
Campfires become moments where truth sinks in.
Ordinary days become encounters we don’t forget.

BECAUSE OF JESUS, and what He did on the cross, Camp matters.

And when we leave, it follows us home.

Into our schools, where we choose kindness and courage.
Into our work, where we serve with purpose.
Into our families and friendships, where forgiveness and love take root.

The final Hillside Cabin is officially FULLY FUNDED and we’re getting started soon! We’re excited to see how the Lord will use this space to impact every life that steps inside.

What began as a prayer is becoming a reality, and we’re so thankful. Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, and participated in Golf Fore Camp. You’re a big part of what God is doing at Camp!

Weather Watch Wednesday (Ice storm edition) ❄️🌧️

After last year and now this… let’s all agree: ice storms do not need to become a yearly tradition.

The weight of the ice and then snow has left trees heavy and drooping all across Camp, with a few limbs and branches coming down, but no damage to any facilities or buildings. Praise the Lord!

Now, in classic Michigan fashion, we’re onto the next season (for now?). Temps heading into the 40s, and rain on the way.
