Today we celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi (the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ)! It is a beautiful reminder that Jesus didn’t just leave us a memory—He left us Himself.

How does He make Himself present? Through the power of the Holy Spirit and the words of the priest at Mass, the very substance of bread and wine is changed into the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ. While it still looks and tastes like normal bread and wine, the underlying reality has completely changed.

He humbles Himself to the form of tiny hosts so that He can physically dwell inside us, nourish our souls, and walk with us every single day.

📖 “The bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.” — John 6:51

🙏✨ Lord Jesus, I believe you are truly present in the Eucharist. I adore you and I give my life to you.

✨The Most Holy Trinity✨

Today we celebrate the greatest mystery of our faith - the Most Holy Trinity. On Earth, we may not fully grasp the concept of God in three Persons. However, we, as humans, are not meant to understand all of God’s might and mystery. This is why it’s called faith.

We cannot see the Holy Trinity but we know its presence in our hearts and the hearts of others.

✝️ Lord, allow me to grow closer to you in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! ✝️

Today we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles — the birth of the Church and the fire of God’s presence alive within us.

Today’s Mass readings remind us that the Spirit brings peace, courage, unity, and new life in Christ.

🕊️ Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.
