💥 A Little Encouragement from Kidz Blitz Ministry 💥

Kids ministry leader, don’t underestimate what God is doing through you.

The game you led, the lesson you taught, the prayer you prayed, the child you noticed when no one else did - God uses it all.

Some days are loud.
Some days are messy.
Some days you may wonder if anyone is listening.

But every week, seeds are being planted in young hearts. 🌱

A child may forget the craft, the snack, or the memory verse challenge, but they’ll remember how they felt when they walked into a room full of people who loved them like Jesus.

Stay faithful.
Stay encouraged.
Stay expectant.

The next generation isn’t the future of the Church… they are part of the Church right now, and you have the incredible privilege of helping them know Jesus.

Hey Ministry Friends,

Can I encourage you today?

A lot of children’s pastors and leaders are carrying more than people realize.
You’re not just planning lessons.
You’re recruiting volunteers.
Following up with families.
Managing check-in problems.
Putting out fires.
Trying to create safe environments.
And somewhere in the middle of all that… you’re trying to help kids fall in love with Jesus.
That’s a lot.
Sometimes ministry leaders quietly drift into survival mode without even noticing it.

You stop dreaming.
Stop creating.
Stop reaching.

And start asking:
“How do I just make it through Sunday?”
If that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone.

One thing we’ve noticed over the years is this:
Healthy ministry momentum usually doesn’t come from working harder.
It comes from creating moments that re-energize your people.
Sometimes a ministry needs:
• a fresh spark
• a fun win
• an outreach opportunity
• excited kids inviting friends
• volunteers laughing together again
• families engaging again

Momentum matters.

Here’s a simple challenge for this month:

Pick ONE thing you can do to create excitement and connection for kids and families before summer ends.
Not 10 things.
One thing.
Maybe it’s:
• a family fun night
• a friend day
• volunteer appreciation
• a back-to-school event
• a community outreach
• a crazy game Sunday
• a memory verse challenge

Small moments can create big ministry energy.

And remember:
Fun is not the enemy of ministry.
Joy opens doors.
Energy creates engagement.
And when hearts are open, the Gospel can be clearly heard.
That’s actually why we love what we do at Kidz Blitz.
Yes, we bring the fun and high energy…
but our central focus is always the Gospel.

Our heartbeat is helping churches create unforgettable moments where kids are engaged, families are encouraged, and Jesus is clearly presented.
