What a beautiful night of worship together! 💛

Our Women’s Missions & Ministry Worship Night was such a special time as over 100 ladies from 18 different churches gathered to seek the Lord. We were blessed by a wonderful message from Theta Shank and heartfelt worship led by Karen Snow.

We were reminded of the greatest commandment - to love God with all our heart, mind, and soul, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. We also spent time reflecting on the “why” behind our worship and what it truly means to worship Him in spirit and truth. A meaningful part of the evening was lifting up and praying over our missionaries.

We’re already looking forward to the next one! Join us Monday, August 10th at 6:30 PM at Second Avenue Baptist church - we would love to have you there!

💚 Hey ladies! We are just one week away from our Women’s Worship Night! 💚

We’re expecting women from several churches across our association (like last time!), and it’s going to be a sweet, powerful time when we gather together to worship. 🙌

✨ What to expect:

A fun icebreaker to get us connected
Live worship music
A message from Theta Shank (you may remember her from our ladies’ brunch a couple of years ago!)

💛 Mission Opportunity - Blessing Bags
We’ll also be collecting items for blessing bags. If you’re able, please bring these items in a large plastic bag:

Travel-sized shampoo
Travel-sized conditioner
Bar soap
Travel-sized toothpaste
Travel-sized toothbrushes
Feminine products

We are really praying over this night and all the women who will be there. I believe it’s going to be a special time together. 💚

What a SWEET night of fellowship! 💕🎲

Our Women’s Ministry Bingo Night was an absolute blast! With over 80 ladies of all ages gathered together, the room was full of laughter, joy, and Valentine’s fun.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who brought the delicious soups, helped set up, stayed to clean up afterward and helped with childcare. You helped make the night run so smoothly.

We played five different bingo games, and the favorite by far was Classic Love Music Bingo 🎶❤️. Everyone was singing, laughing, and competing for prizes!

Nights like this remind us how special it is to do life together. Thank you to every lady who came and made the evening so memorable. We are so thankful for this wonderful community of women!

Out of an abundance of caution and following guidance from local emergency management due to the forecasted inclement weather, Pleasant Valley North will cancel all in-person gatherings this Sunday.

However, Mac's sermon will be available online after 9:00 am. The message will be available on Facebook, YouTube, and our website.

Earlier this week the FCBA Women’s Missions and Ministry held its very first Women’s Worship Night and it was amazing! 💖 More than 60 women of all ages from 7 different churches in Floyd County came together for a beautiful evening of missions, fellowship, and worship at 1st Lindale Baptist church. We were so blessed to hear from our speaker, Lauren Sullens, former WMU president and to be led in worship by her daughter, Cora Sullens. God truly met us there! 🙌🏻✨
