Sheep need a shepherd.

Last night at youth we looked at Jesus’ words in John 10:11:
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”

Jesus isn’t distant.
He leads us, protects us, and ultimately gave His life for us.

Grateful for students who are leaning into the Word of God and growing in their faith.

Through Him we find salvation, freedom, and the life only He can give.

If you missed youth last night, here’s a snapshot straight from a student’s notes.

We walked through John 8:12 where Jesus says, “I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Darkness doesn’t win. Sin doesn’t satisfy. Jesus brings light and life.

I love seeing our students lean in, take notes, and engage with Scripture. So thankful for this group and what God is building in their hearts.

What a weekend at Collide 2026!

We walked through the book of Jonah and were reminded that Gkd is the one who appoints! He appointed a storm, a fish, a plant, and ultimately a purpose. Nothing in Jonah’s life was random, and nothing in ours is either.

I’m so encouraged by what the Lord is doing in our students. I watched them worship openly, lean into God’s Word, ask honest questions, and seek God through prayer. It is an absolute blessing to walk alongside these students and see the Lord shaping their hearts.

Praying that what started this week doesn’t stay at the conference, but continues in their homes, schools, and everyday lives.

The same God who appointed Jonah’s steps is appointing ours and obedience is always better than running!

Teamwork, creativity, and a whole lot of late-night energy led to a well-earned win. So proud of all of these students! Thankful for great students, great leaders, and a fun night together!

Due to uncertain weather conditions, we are postponing the Youth Lock-In to next Friday.
The time will remain the same: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Students!!!!
One of our biggest events, Collide 2026 will be February 20th-22nd. This is a great time where we join together with other churches in our area to worship, study God's Word, and pray for our community. It's going to be a great time of discipleship and fellowship and a whole lot of fun that you don't want to miss! The cost is 55$ per student but that covers the conference, all meals, a t-shirt, and special events. Payment is not due until closer to the date, but I need you to register as soon as you can at the link below!
