Moms Connect of Rome, NY

Moms Connect of Rome, NY MC is for women with young children, meeting 2-3 times a month for encouragement, support, and friendship. Come join us!

MOPS is a group of women who have at least one child from birth through Kindergarten. We also have a MomsNext group for women with older children. We meet twice a month on Wednesday mornings from 9:45-11:45 at Rome Alliance Church in Rome. Our meetings include breakfast, speakers, discussion groups, outreach projects, MOPS DVD teachings, and crafts. Each table is made up of 5-7 moms along with a M

entor Mom that leads the table. During the meetings, children are cared for in our "MOPS Kids" program by loving, caring childcare workers. They do crafts, have a snack, and watch a video lesson, while playing and making new friends. The motto of MOPS is ‘Better moms make a better world’ and our goal is to help you grow to be the best mom you can be.

Look who is on the list! We will be joining various local organizations during World Breastfeeding Day at the Utica Zoo. Moms and children (under age 2) who pre-register get FREE access to the zoo that day. All other guests with the registered mother get a reduced admission rate. Come chat with us about joining us this season to strengthen your motherhood and build lasting friendships!
