Sunday in Service the focus was Loving People Who Are Hard to Love. Luke 6:27–36 were the focus verses.
ID: A rectangle with print that reads:
Loving People Who Are Hard to Love.
Jesus calls us to something different: love our enemies, do good, bless, pray, forgive, and extend grace - not because people always deserve it, but because we have been given grace.
Three reminders:
1.Loving the hard to love is part of being different.
2.Loving the hard to love displays God’s power and glory.
3.Loving the hard to love helps make us more like Jesus.
And our challenge? Pick one person who is difficult to love and intentionally pray for them, encourage them, move toward them, and show them the grace of Christ.
