YOU are invited to several things going on :) *sent to ROL Family and Friends and now here*

1. Bible Study and Pie is still continuing at Village Inn from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings every Wednesday. We would love to see as many people there as possible! It's a time of fellowship but also to really get into the Word together.

2. We have a Work day this Saturday at New Creation (2654 W. Nichols) from 2-5 p.m. We are getting utilities taken care of this week. Or else we had been doing everything with no electricity! But when you're doing ministry, you don't need electricity, just Jesus! Will you join us this Saturday as we continue to prep this Outreach via Painting the inside? All we ask is you be present. If ya wanna come and fellowship, want to help out, bring clothes to donate, bring food to share, etc. you are most welcome to come on over! We are having a bbq later on in the day and we would love to have you!

3. Again, thank you for all of the support, love and prayers that this ROL family has given to so many of it's members, visitors and community. You are constantly in our prayers and just know each of you are blessings.

Yesterday, we came together to Thank God for all He has done at River of Life and what He is now going to be doing outside of River of Life. As Acts 8:4 Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. And that's just what we plan to do. This was our final service as a church body at River of Life. It was a full house full of Praises to our God, tears of joy, tears of sadness, yet lots to celebrate at the same time!

We know that God provides just as He has thoroughly at River of Life. We thank God for each and every person in the Ministry and now we will all go out and Spread the Word of God wherever we go. We have been Equipped to go out and Reach the Lost and Praise the Lord (This was our Mission Statement at River of Life and we go out with it now.)

If you have not heard, the Praise team from River of Life will be linking arms in Fellowship and Praise & Worship with Faith Lutheran - Springfield. They will be helping them with their Contemporary Service which is at 11:15 each Sunday. Along with doing this, they will be starting a new ministry in the Inner City of Springfield called New Creation. Many of the Pastors present yesterday have expressed their prayerful support and we are so appreciative of this.

Numbers 6:24-26 “‘“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”’

1. New Creation/ROL Work Day tomorrow (ROL from 12 or 12:30-1:30-1:45 or so and NC from 2-5 or so). Let's work together to get this ministry prepped and ready to share Jesus. We are located at Fulbright & Nichols at 2654 W. Nichols, Springfield, MO. Materials will be supplied, and even hot dogs! If you'd like to bring your favorite side dish, you will not be turned away :).

2. April 3rd - Pastor Art preaching and all are invited at 10:30 a.m.

3. April 10th - no morning service but there will be a THANK HIM Service at 1:00 p.m with Pastor Matt Canaday leading this service. God has done so much through and with the River of Life family, and will continue to do so. There is much to Thank God for and we hope to see all of you there.

This Friday at 7:00 p.m. is our Good Friday service. We come together to stop and take time to realize the magnitude of what God has done for us. All are invited for this very powerful service. This will include the Service of Darkness (Tenebrae) along with many Passages and Songs throughout the evening.

NEXT Sunday, March 13th is a very important Congregational meeting after church. This will include the subjects on the Conveyance of our Deed, Forgiveness of our Debt, and Dissolving River of Life. Please attend for this very important meeting.
**You should have received an email yesterday morning that was labeled "RE: New Mission Focus Idea Meeting" which was used to reuse the email addresses that were on that original email. This email will include a video along with Congregational meeting minutes from the February meeting**

Jesus died for all of us. He has saved all of us, whether it be the broken, the widowed, and even the contrite. We can carry this joy Into the Night! We are doing this for Pre-Service on Ash Wednesday. Just an absolutely beautiful song. You will not want to miss it. 6:30 p.m. here, at River of Life with Lay Leader Nathan Tritch leading the service, and Daryl Bahn and Leann Eden leading the music.

Just a reminder as we head into the Lenten Season:

Wednesday, February 10 is Ash Wednesday. We will have our Ash Wednesday Service at 6:30 p.m. led by Lay Leader Nathan Tritch. This will include Communion and the distribution of ashes.
