This month, we pause to honor and celebrate our leader, Pastor Maurice Davenport II, for one year of faithful leadership here at Knight Memorial Church of God in Christ 🙌🏾.

While Pastor Davenport has been walking in his pastoral assignment since 2018 and is marking six years of official pastoral leadership overall, this season holds special meaning for our Knight Memorial family — because it marks one year since God sent him to lead, love, and shepherd this house.

In just one year, we’ve witnessed growth, strength, and the undeniable presence of God under his leadership. His vision, compassion, and boldness have ignited a fresh fire in our church, and we are excited for all that is yet to come! 🔥

Join us throughout October as we celebrate our Pastor and thank God for the gift he is to Knight Memorial. We are just getting started — and the best is yet to come! 🙌🏾
