Thank you doesn't seem like enough for what y’all did this week. Our classes were bigger than they've ever been, but all I saw were smiles on your faces every night. Ready to teach, help and serve wherever we needed you. But most of all, ready to love on every child that walked through our doors.
This week we taught them about how Jesus is the light of the world and how His light can shine through us - and wow did y’all do just that. We are so thankful for each and every one of you and every role you played in making this week the best year yet- from serving in the kitchen, to playing games, to teaching in the classroom, to dancing and singing in worship, to making crafts, to just showing up and being ready to jump in wherever you were needed.
We couldn't have done it without each of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did and continue to do. We love you, we appreciate you and we were so blessed to have you in our VBS crew. Thank you for helping shine the light of Jesus this week!

That’s a wrap on VBS 2026!

What an incredible week we have had at Rocky Ford Baptist Church! Our hearts are full as we officially close out this year’s VBS.

Thank you to every child who attended, every parent who entrusted us with their children, every volunteer who gave their time and energy, and everyone who joined us for Family Day.

We had the BEST time celebrating all that God did this week!
We are so thankful for the laughter, the friendships, the fun, and most importantly, the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with each child.

Through our theme verse, John 8:12, we learned that Jesus is the Light of the World, and we pray that truth continues to shine brightly in the hearts of our children long after VBS is over.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making VBS 2026 so special. We already can't wait to see what God has in store for next year!

VBS Family Day

VBS Family Day is Tomorrow!

What an incredible week we've had at VBS! We would love for all of our VBS families to join us tomorrow morning at 11:00 AM for our special Family Day Celebration.

Your children will receive their VBS awards, share some of what they learned this week, and help us celebrate all that God has done during Illumination Station!

After the service, we invite everyone to stay and enjoy lunch together as we continue the fellowship.

Thank you for allowing us to spend this week with your children. It has truly been a blessing, and we can't wait to see you tomorrow!

What an incredible week at VBS 2026!

Tonight we wrapped up our final night of VBS, and our hearts are so full. This week, our children learned that Jesus is the Light of the World and that they can shine His light wherever they go.
We are so thankful for every child who attended, every parent who entrusted us with their children, and every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and love to make this week possible. From the lessons and crafts to the games, music, and laughter, God blessed us with an amazing week of learning and growing together.

As we close out VBS, our prayer is that the truths these children learned this week will continue to shine brightly in their hearts long after tonight.

Thank you for being a part of our VBS family this week. We already can't wait until next year!

Boys take the win this year at VBS! Mrs. Shayla was such a good sport and got dunked. You all raised so much money for the GA Baptist children’s Home. We will tell you all our total on Sunday morning during service.

Tonight is our LAST night of VBS!
Parents, don't forget to send your kids in clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty tonight!

🫟We have a special Color War planned as a surprise for the kids! If you know your child would not enjoy participating or would prefer not to get color on them, please let us know ASAP so we can make accommodations.

📍 We will be meeting outside in the fenced-in area at 8:25 PM, and we invite all parents to join us for the fun!
You'll get to find out alongside your kids who will be taking a splash in the dunk booth tonight...
