Friendship Baptist Youth will be having a pancake breakfast in the fellowship hall of Friendship Baptist Church on Saturday, September 13 from 7-11am! All you can eat for $5! We are raising money for our upcoming youth conference! We kindly ask for your support! We will be serving pancakes, bacon, and sausage with juice, milk, and coffee to drink! Friendship Baptist church will have free school supplies for our kids in the community, on SUNDAY JULY 27th at 3:00pm Eastern Time.

We need to discuss the repairs that will begin soon, to the classrooms, fellowship hall, and kitchen, due the hot water tank bursting, and also repairing the septic system. Hello friends! One week from today is our 1st annual Fall Festival Fundraiser at Friendship Baptist Church, Westel. We are raising money to take our older youth to the Strength To Stand youth conference in January. We are approximately one third of the way there. We need our community's help to reach our goal. We will be open from 12-4pm at the church. We will be selling hot dogs, chips, drinks and cotton candy, as well as coffee and hot chocolate while supplies last. There will be plenty of carnival games with prizes. You will also be able to purchase raffle tickets for a $50 Walmart gift card. We also plan to play a round or two of Bingo. You may purchase tickets for each activity. All money raised will go to pay for registration for the youth conference. Please come out and support our kids! If anyone is interested in being a vendor at our event, or if you just ha e questions, please contact Kristina Findley or myself. Everyone welcome! We are very excited! Attention Friendship Baptist Church, Westel members and those in and around the community, Friendship Baptist Church will be receiving donations to take to North Carolina for aid to those affected by the hurricane. They will be stored in the fellowship hall. One small group will be going October 17th and then a larger group will be going October 26th. Anyone feeling led to come are welcome to join. We can use all the help we can get. And to those who are unable to donate or come, we desire your prayers that God's will be done through any help that we can give to those hurting and that the gospel be preached. We have a list below of things that we do know are needed there but anything is greatly appreciated. Gabby Molinares will be available to receive donations at the church on Mondays and Wednesdays and Jacob Oran will be able to on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Also, Dustin Roark will be available at times. If you need their contact info to set up a meeting time and place if you're not able to meet at the church, you can ask on here or at the church for that information. Thank you all for your willingness to help in any way and most importantly, thank you for your prayers. They are all greatly appreciated.

Attention Friendship Baptist Church, Westel church members, Jacob and Gabby will be going with a group of members of other churches to North Carolina to take supplies and help to those affected by the hurricane this coming Saturday, if anyone else feels the desire to go you're welcome to but you can also bring supplies for them to take if you can't go. Any nonperishable foods like canned food or water or even coolers to store them in considering many are still without power there. But any help you can give is appreciated. Message Jacob or Gabby if you need any details or you can ask at Wednesday's service. Thank you and God bless.
