Today’s Thought for Contemplation:
From studying psychology and mythology for decades what I’ve found the purpose of life is, is to find a mode of being that is so meaningful that the fact that Life is suffering is irrelevant. People know when they are doing this, living a life of meaning, in part, because they are no longer resentful. It is, for intents and purposes, Heaven on Earth - a place of being that so meaningful that it allows you to bear the harsh preconditions and chaotic circumstances of life without becoming resentful, bitter or cruel.
