💡 VBS Memory Verse

This week we’re learning that Jesus is the Light of the World.
As you drive to VBS, sit around the dinner table, or tuck your kids into bed tonight, take a few minutes to practice our memory verse together:

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” — John 8:12

Let’s hide God’s Word in our hearts and remember that the light of Jesus shines brighter than any darkness we face.

Worship with Crosspoint Kids this morning!

Did you know that our kids team dedicates time each morning for kids to worship through the reading of God’s Word, singing songs, and biblical activities and application. Sunday mornings are more than childcare, they are biblical teaching with loving kindness!

VBS 2026: Illuminate is coming! 💡

Join us June 15–17 from 6–8 PM for three nights designed for the whole family to grow, worship, learn, and have fun together. Illuminate is not a drop-off VBS. Parents and kids will experience each night side-by-side as we discover how God’s truth shines brightly in a dark world and how we’re called to reflect the light of Jesus wherever we go.

Last night was Team Howard’s final night of the school year, and we got to watch our kids lead their peers. 🎉 So special to see how God is growing their love for His Word and their confidence to teach it. Give these kids a round of applause! 👏

Last week, our Compass Kids + Team Howard students saw how one small act can grow into something bigger as we partner with the Pregnancy Resource Center for the Walk for Life.
