Are you carrying something heavy right now? Do you feel like you have wandered too far?

Psalm 121 reminds us that our help comes from the Lord. The God who made heaven and earth sees you, hears you, and sustains you. He does not sleep. He does not look away. He is keeping watch over your life even when the road feels uncertain.

If you’re in a season of suffering, let this be your encouragement today: lift your eyes to the Lord and rest in the truth that nothing can separate you from His love.

You can't pour from an empty cup. God invites us to Sabbath and models it throughout Scripture. Sabbath is not doing less work, but instead pausing to prepare your heart to do His work for His glory.
