🔥 ARE YOU FOCUSED OR JUST FLOWING FOR SPENT TIME? 🔥

Praise God for the word brought forth on Sunday by our Archbishop, Dr. Manuel Demetrius Bellamy!!

We NEED to have balance in our lives: We can't have church 100% of the time; we need to make sure that we have a life outside of the church. At the same time, we can't be so self - centered that we completely ignore our church responsibilities, either.

None of us are invisible, and every single one of us is important. But are we measuring ourselves through the beauty standards that society has set? OR are we looking at ourselves through God's eyes & as God sees us? A POWERFUL, Encouraging Word!!

God has called us to live with purpose, discipline, direction, and focus. Don’t allow another day, week, or season to pass without asking yourself: Am I focused on what God has called me to do?

My, my, my what a word today at Word Empowerment Cathedral by Archbishop Manuel Bellamy.

Momentum isn't just about not straying away from what I am being taught, it is a lifestyle...a sacrificial lifestyle that is a multiplier of legacy.

He reminded me that nothing great is ever built without having to lay something down.

Sacrifice is the seed that produces the greater harvest then the seed itself.

Like in John 12:24 the grain must die to produce something greater, so must I die of the flesh for something greater to be produced.

Will I out live the impact or allow the impact of my legacy to out live me?

Wow what a question to ponder? What is the legacy I want to leave behind?

The Sacrificial Life

What a word brought forth by our Archbishop Manuel Bellamy today!

One of the things he taught us is that we cannot build something without laying something down. If our hands are too full of things we don't need, we can't receive what's necessary for us to build.

Another point Archbishop gave is that momentum is a lifestyle; it's not something that you have for a while, then set aside and pick back up when you're ready.

Third, we want to build something that will outlive us, and we simply can't do that by being selfish. We have to take the focus off of ME & I, and place that focus onto making sure others are helped and taken care of.
