The reason we exist, is to be mission-minded and reach those in need that are right here in our state line.

Camp is just about 24 days away… everybody stay calm!!

Thank you to everyone who has signed up, stayed connected, prayed, helped, planned, and said yes to being part of this year’s Outdoor Outreach Crew. We are so grateful!

We’ve been praying and making updates to help camp run smoothly for both campers and volunteers including schedule tweaks, activity updates, and earlier setup/prep work.

Here’s what’s coming up:

Workdays
Mondays: June 1, 8, and 15 at 6:15 PM
Saturdays: June 13 and 20, if needed, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Sunday, June 21: Final Setup Day, 1:00–5:00 PM

Craft Night
Wednesday, June 3, 4:00–8:00 PM
City Church

Worship Practice & Bible Study
Sundays, May 31–June 21 at 3:00 PM

Training
Thursday, June 18 at 6:30 PM
Sunday, June 21: Vision Night Worship at 5:00 PM + Second Training at 6:00 PM

Vision Night will be a time for the crew to gather, align around the heart of camp, worship together, build excitement like a camp pep rally, and prepare our hearts for Monday morning.

We are also still looking for a few more volunteers! If you know someone who would be a great fit, please invite them to consider serving.

There are many ways to help: counselors, co-counselors, activity helpers, kitchen helpers, setup crews, and behind-the-scenes support. You do not have to have it all figured out, just a willing heart and a desire to serve in the name of Jesus.

There is still a place for them on the crew! ❤️

Meet our friend, Kenzie, She shares her experience going from camper to counselor, building lifelong friendships, and coming back to pour into the next generation of campers.

Her heart is to be a light wherever she goes, and we are so thankful for the way she shines at Outdoor Outreach.

This is what camp is about ♥️

Campers become leaders. Friendships become lifelong. And one yes can keep growing for years to come.

I can see it so clearly in my head!! Now I just need the people to help bring it to life. Trumpets, trombones, drums, worshipers, brave volunteers, where you at? 👀🔥🎺🥁

Because sometimes worship starts with a song and sometimes it starts with a sound that calls the people of God to wake up.

Tell me you see the vision. 😂

One yes can become part of a much bigger story.

At Outdoor Outreach, people come to serve kids and help with camp but so often, God uses camp to work in the lives of the leaders too.

This testimony is a beautiful reminder that camp is not just about what we do for others. It is also about what God does in us. ♥️😭
