Each Fall, St. Andrew gives away around 1,000 pumpkins to our community. In order to do so, the seeds must first be planted! Come join us this Saturday at 8 AM. One-gallon milk jugs are also needed for seed protectors!

Almighty God, You make war cease to the end of the Earth. You break the bow and shatter the spear and burn the chariots in the fire. Haste the day when swords may be beaten into plowshares and all may rest under their own vine and fig tree. Until that day, grant us a long memory to recall those who gave the full measure of devotion to maintain our nation’s peace and security, that we also would preserve the earthly liberties of our neighbors to live a life of peace and quietness; in Your mighty name. Amen.

And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.” - Acts 2:1-4

At Pentecost, the church throughout the world celebrates the coming of the Holy Spirit into the lives of all the faithful. We pray:

Come, Holy Ghost, fill the hearts of Your faithful people and kindle in them the fire of Your love! Through the diversity of tongues You gathered together the nations in the unity of the faith. Alleluia, alleluia! Amen.
