We are so grateful for a weekend of time in scripture, worship, and community. A baptism was a perfect way to wrap up Sunday morning.
Events like these don’t happen without many volunteers from the church. Small group leaders drove from several parts of Texas to be with students all weekend. Four host homes packed kids in and treated them like family. The Safety Team was the first to arrive and last to leave and far exceeded their designated roles, and our kitchen crew and another church family fed students at meal times. Lastly, the church staff works behind the scenes to support the details. It’s a village, and we are thankful.
