Hi friends. Due to a rise in COVID numbers, we feel it’s best to stop morning classes for now. This was not an easy decision but we feel it is the most responsible. We had started doing “programming” with Monday being a basic workout. This is what today’s workout looked like. Wednesday’s workout will be cardio based & Friday’s will be full body. Love you guys & hope you are all doing well. Please stay active.

Hi friends. Just wanted to give you an update on classes. Starting today, we will only have morning (5:00am) classes. As you know, Shasta & I do this as our way to use our love of exercise/fitness to minister to you. We’ve always said that the classes are meant to give you energy to take care of your family & home. We both will push ourselves beyond because we do love this ministry but it’s time to take our own advice. We love y’all. Each of you made us better. Again, 5:00 am classes are still happening on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
