This Sunday will be our Mission Sunday and our special guests are Randy, Crystal Turner and their kids. They will share about the work they do in New Mexico with the Navajo Nation. We will take up a love offering at the end of the service for any that would like to help in their mission work.

And don't forget Sunday is "Flag Day" wear your favorite RED, WHITE & BLUE!

🛏️❤️ MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! ❤️🛏️

What an incredible day of serving our community!

Today, 7 missionaries from Rockmart First Methodist Church partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to help ensure that “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town.”

Together, we delivered and assembled 10 brand-new beds for 10 children right here in our community and beyond. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a volunteer-driven ministry dedicated to providing beds for children who would otherwise be sleeping on floors, couches, or other inadequate sleeping arrangements.

Every bed represented more than lumber, screws, and mattresses—it represented hope, dignity, comfort, and the love of Christ in action.

We are grateful for this partnership and for the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Seeing the smiles on the faces of these children and families reminded us that even simple acts of service can make a lasting impact.

10 kids + 10 beds = Countless blessings!

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, served, loaded trailers, delivered beds, and helped make this day possible.

So tomorrow's Bed Delivery Mission will begin at 8am, meeting at the Mathis Super Storage at 163 John Davenport Dr., load trucks and trailer and then head to Rockmart for first build.
Some will also be joining us at 9:30.

We have 10 beds for tomorrow and should be done between 12-1230.
