Iron Sharpens Iron The Men’s Ministry’s goal is to train and equip (disciple) men to be spiritual leaders in their families, church, and in their communities.

Iron Sharpens Iron Purpose is to:
- Help connect men who encourage, support, and pray for each other in their struggles against all types of sin. “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17);
- Help men start or continue their journey toward becoming an authentic Christian man who follows Jesus. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of

the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19);
- Equip men for spiritual service in the home, workplace, and community while finding proper balance for their commitments to family, work, and faith. “If they obey and serve him, they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment” (Job 36:11)
