The Alpha experience touches people in so many different ways. Married couples talking more about their faith together after experiencing Alpha...check. Being inspired others at your table...check. More intimate connection with God...check.

Heaven on Wheels Car Show 2026

A new Alpha is starting here at Holy Family on Tuesday, September 8th. We hope everyone will try Alpha one time. You will not be disappointed. Alpha comes with a money back guarantee. Actually it's free so we're not sure how that works.

But it's basically dinner and a short movie with a meaningful conversation with people you get to know over the course of 11 weeks. Garret and Carson were at the same table for the spring session. Hear what they have to say.

Also, for children ages 6 months to 11 years whose parents are attending Alpha, we have Alpha Cubs Children's Ministry. They'll have an amazing time with music, dinner, and an age-appropriate activity about faith.

We started a conversation a few weeks ago saying there are many people around Holy Family that are generous with their time, talent and treasure. Then there are a handful that give of themselves sacrificially...meaning, they give 'til it hurts. And they keep on giving, and then they give some more. Another one of those dear ones is Kathy Walls.

From leading the Neighborhood Ambassador effort, to serving at the food pantry, to helping with the St. Joseph Altar, to bringing the Holy Eucharist to the homebound, and most recently leading the way for a fabulous St. Gabe's Piano Bar where we all had a blast, Kathy is a tireless worker in God's vineyard. She is always ready to pitch in where needed with "How can I help?" and another one who's value to our community it is impossible to estimate.

Thank you Kathy Walls for loving our parish community the way you do. May our Lord reward you richly.
