The Midwest Pre-Congress Rally consists of the Armor Bearers Young Peoples Union and Sunday School Departments from churches of Region VI and Region IX. The purpose of the Pre-Congress Rally is to foster morale and funds for the 83rd International Congress in Baltimore, Maryland.

COOLJC COVID-19 protocols and procedures (social distancing & wearing a mask) will be followed for all scheduled events.
