After 56 years at the fair, 30ish years at Pec Thing, 10 years of Tires and Tacos, and assorted other events, we have made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to hang up our taco hats for good. As our numbers have dwindled, we have had to rely more and more on friends and family to have even a skeleton crew to work events. As our workers age, our bodies are telling us they're us they're tired and just not able to handle the physical demands of operating the stand. We fought it as long as we could, but unfortunatelywe have come to the end of the road.
The first few years we were at the fair, customers weren't even sure what a tay-co was, but we soon developed a small but loyal following after a few years. As time passed, the lines grew, customers brought their own take home containers, and we often heard, "We only come for the tacos." Your anticipation and excitement for opportunities to enjoy church tacos made the effort worthwhile.
We are so incredibly grateful our customers. We have been so blessed by your willingness to stand in long lines, rain or shine, heat or cold. We always looked forward to seeing you and sharing with you. We are thankful to each and every one of you and we will miss you! Be blessed as you have blessed us! đŞâ¤đŽ
