We are overjoyed to share that our very own Heather Michalik has been named the City of Rockford’s Volunteer of the Year! Heather pours so much heart, time, and dedication into serving our community, and it is wonderful to see that selflessness recognized on a city-wide level. Heather Michalik has been named the 2025 Volunteer of the Year, a testament to her remarkable dedication to community service. With multiple nominations, Heather's contributions span various organizations, including the food shelf, school crossing guard program, Rockford Area Historical Society, Chamber, Snow Mobile Club, and City Council. We appreciate Heather's unwavering commitment to serving the community.
