The Sunnah has always been central to how Muslims understand and live the teachings of the Qur’an. Today, its role is being discussed and sometimes questioned. This lecture will explain why the Sunnah is important in Islamic scholarship, look at common arguments for new interpretations, and share a simple way to think about these discussions carefully.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

As we come to the end of Ramadan, we ask Allah to accept our fasting, our prayers, and every sincere effort we made for His sake.

The Islamic Center of Morris County Board and staff wish you and your families a blessed Eid.

We sincerely thank you for your continuous donations and support. By the will of Allah, these doors remain open because of your generosity. We humbly ask that you continue to support your masjid.

Let us gather with grateful hearts this Friday (3/20) to celebrate Eid together as one community.

Our children will also have something to enjoy from 9:00 AM, with a bouncy house, goodie bags, toys, and face painting.

Eid Parking Reminders 🚨
Kindly avoid parking in the warehouse parking, P4, and Tractor Supply parking (Px), and please do not park on Nichols Dr.

All other parking areas will be available, as during Ramadan, including Main St.

We encourage you to come early and carpool if possible, making it easier for everyone.

May Allah bring us together in goodness, accept from us, and allow us to celebrate with joy and unity.
