Bible Buckaroo stopped by Stage West Western Store in Pigeon Forge, TN, with a little reminder: cowboy clothes might help you LOOK like a cowboy, but there’s no costume that makes you a Christian. That starts with a heart surrendered to Jesus. ❤️

It’s what’s in your heart that matters—not what’s hanging in your closet!

Some races were won. Some were lost. And some folks took a little more of the pasture home than they planned! 😂🚙💨

Jeep Sunday at Cowboy Church was full of mud, laughter, and memories—but the best part? Souls were saved, hearts were refreshed, and God got the glory! 🙌❤️

Every Jeep got muddy… and so did a few people! The cows weren’t thrilled about us borrowing their fields, but they let us play for a little while. 🐄🤣

And those delicious hot dogs? SOLD OUT! Y’all worked up an appetite, and our youth sure appreciate your support! 🌭❤️

Thank you to everyone who came, helped, raced, cheered, and made this day so special!

Until next year, keep those Jeeps clean and keep practicing on those curbs at Hobby Lobby! 😉🛍️

🤠 Some days you need coffee. Other days you need the wisdom to keep your mouth shut while you drink it! ☕😂

It’s Day 31 of 45 of the Bible Buckaroo’s Daily Dose of Southern Sense!

“You can’t fix foolishness, but you can pray for wisdom!” 🙏

And before we start pointing fingers… we’ve ALL made decisions that probably had our guardian angels shaking their heads! 😬😂

We can’t control everybody else’s choices, but we can ask God to guide our own—when to speak, when to listen, and when to leave that comment UNTYPED!

James 1:5 reminds us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask God. That’s a good place to start before we decide we know everything! 🤠

For now we see indistinctly, as in a mirror, but then face to face.
Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, as I am fully known.
1 Corinthians 13:12 (HCSB)

There are times in life when we want answers that God has not yet revealed. We want to understand why certain things happen, why some prayers seem unanswered, and why the road ahead is not always clear. We look for explanations, but sometimes all we have is our faith.

In 1 Corinthians 13:12, Paul reminds us that our understanding is limited. We see only a portion of the picture, while God sees the beginning, the middle, and the end. What may seem confusing to us is never beyond His understanding.

Just because you cannot see what God is doing does not mean He is not working.

Sometimes, God allows us to walk through seasons when we must trust Him without knowing all the answers. We may not understand the delays, the disappointments, or the unexpected changes, but we can rest in the truth that His wisdom is greater than ours.

Wisdom doesn't begin with knowing everything. It begins with knowing God. ❤️

The world often tells us that wisdom comes from experience, education, success, or simply knowing the right thing to do. But Proverbs 9:10 points us somewhere deeper: true wisdom begins with God.

When Scripture says “the fear of the LORD,” it isn't talking about being terrified of God. It means having a deep reverence for Him—recognizing who He is, honoring His authority, and allowing Him to guide our lives.

Wisdom begins when we stop saying, “What do I want?” and start asking, “God, what do You want?”

There will be moments when you don't know which decision to make, how something will work out, or why God is allowing certain things to happen. But you don't have to understand everything to trust the One who does.

The second part of the verse says that knowing the Holy One brings understanding. The more we know God—His character, His Word, His heart—the more clearly we begin to see life.
