🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from Bethel Assembly of God! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy as Americans while giving thanks to God, the giver of every good gift. As we gather with family and friends, may we also remember the greatest freedom of all, the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8:36

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads! Today at Bethel, we were honored to pray over our fathers and thank God for the incredible role they play in leading, loving, and serving their families.

🏁 What an amazing final night of Race for Generosity VBS! 🏁

We had the best night yet as we wrapped up an incredible three days together! Through the generosity of our kids we raised over $600 for BGMC! 🎉

Tonight’s lesson was Service, and we learned that Jesus came to serve, not to be served (Mark 10:45). Our Bible story focused on Jesus washing His disciples’ feet and showing us what it means to put others first.

The Red Team came out on top and earned the honor of giving our pastors and leaders a pie in the face… or several! 🥧😂 It was the perfect way to celebrate a great week of learning, giving, and growing in our faith.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, families, and kids who made Race for Generosity VBS such a success. See you all Sunday!

🏁 Night 2 of Race for Generosity VBS was amazing!

Last night we learned about faith—trusting God even when we can’t see what’s next. Just as Peter stepped out onto the water, we can trust Jesus to lead us every step of the way.

Our BGMC offering was over $100 tonight, and the Red Team is currently in the lead! 🔴 The winning team will earn the chance to pie their leaders in the face TONIGHT when we announce the champions! 🥧😆

Don’t forget to bring back your Buddy Barrels before the final count, and get ready for even more fun because the bounce house will be here tonight too!

🏁 Night 1 of Race for Generosity VBS was a great start! Tonight we learned about perseverance and how God helps us keep going even when things are hard. 💪❤️

Each child took home a Buddy Barrel to collect coins and donations. The team that brings in the most money by Friday will win the exciting prize of getting to pie their leaders in the face! 🥧😆

We can’t wait to see what God does the rest of this week! :9
