BEST DAY EVER🌊🩵✨

Pastor said it best this morning: this is the reason why we do what we do. So many of the testimonies we heard today started with the same simple story: “I came to church, I met Jesus, and my life has never been the same.” And now, they’re publicly declaring what Jesus has already done in their lives:

What a joy it is to celebrate changed lives, new creations, and people saying YES to Jesus!🤍

“So I throw my hands, and praise you again and again.
Cause all that I have is a hallelujah”

The Word says that where there is a spirit of heaviness, we can put on the garment of praise. Praise isn’t something we do simply because we’re Christians and we’re “supposed to.” It’s us ascribing worth to the King of kings and Lord of lords, the One who is worthy of all glory, honor, and power, even in the hardest of seasons.

Maybe you’re feeling that weariness today. Maybe your week, your month, or even this year hasn’t looked anything like you expected it to.
But God is still moving. He is still working. And His Word promises that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to see it through.

So today, choose to trust Him. Lift your eyes. Give Him praise in the middle of it all. Put on that garment of praise today.

Pastor Dominic, we are so thankful for the example of Jesus that you lead by everywhere you go. We are grateful for the love, grace, friendship, and shepherding you offer to every person you encounter.

We are praying that this next year would be filled with the glory of God over you, your family, your ministry, and everything you put your hands to. May the Lord continue to strengthen you, refresh you, and use you mightily for His Kingdom!
