Genesis Conference Bible Quizzing

Good news!
Bible quizzing will have a resource information table at annual conference this week (May 14 and 15). Check the link tree in the bio for some (ever updating) links to info for new quiz teams, those interested in starting a team, or just those who have always wanted to learn what it’s all about. And those already involved, look for resources to share with those who might be curious and for picture slideshows of our season (to be uploaded soon).

Join us for a newcomer quiz in April. We will be competing on selected passages from Galatians. Message for info about how to get started, attend practices to get familiar with the material, get connected to local churches with a team, or get more information.
Share with anyone who might be interested in learning more.

Some of us braved the -25 windchill for a scramble team style tournament. We included some fun awards such as “Mr. Early Bird”, “cross-cultural”, and “future question writer”. New team strategies such as “lightning substitution” and team conferring were introduced. There was laughter, competition, and learning all around. Next month we’re back to our normal style tournament at Pathfinder FMC in Hilton.
Good luck and safe travels to those of our number who didn’t join us today because they’re headed to Wilmore next weekend.

Some of the faces of the Genesis Conference quizzers and coaches who attended quiz finals this week. Questions were answered, rounds were quizzed, and fun was had by all.
We still have two Genesis quizzers in individual finals tomorrow, and, for the ninth year in a row, one team going to the Alpha and Omega round!
Those rounds will be live streamed on Facebook so stay tuned for info on that!
