We are thrilled to announce that our own Jon-William Patterson [JW] has had his abstract, “Ecumenism at a Crossroads: Reimagining the Oecumenica for the Common Good in a Fragmented World,” accepted for presentation at the 2026 North American Academy of Ecumenists Conference. The prestigious event takes place this September at Princeton Theological Seminary.
Adding to this achievement, JW was also awarded the Brother Jeffrey Gros, FSC Student Scholarship Award Fund to support his participation.
Please join us in celebrating this outstanding accomplishment! We look forward to having Jon-William represent the Rochester-Genesee Region as he continues to advance his academic and ministerial vocation within the ecumenical community. JW is a member of St Luke Missionary Baptist and is in our ordination process. 🙏🏼
