Is the coffee in your meeting more consistent than the prayer? ☕️🙏

Detroit, we are a city of builders. We build cars, we build businesses, and we build communities. But it’s time we start building a Culture of Conversion. Imagine if every time we gathered whether it was a staff meeting in a downtown high-rise, a small group in a living room in Rosedale Park, or a quick huddle at a local coffee shop the first thing we did was put names in front of the Father.

What if we didn't just talk about "ministry," but we actually talked to Jesus about the people who need Him?

The Vision:

Pray by Name: No more "vague" requests. Who is your neighbor and co worker? Bring their names to the King.

Consistency is Culture: Culture isn't what we say; it's what we repeat. Let’s make "We pray for people to meet Jesus" the heartbeat of everything we do.

Every Meeting is a Prayer Meeting: Don't wait for Sunday. The Spirit moves on Tuesday afternoons just as much as Sunday mornings.

Let’s start right now.

The Uprise Prayer: Father, we lift up the city of Detroit. We ask that You would soften hearts. Today, we bring government officials to You. We ask Your Spirit to move in their life and reveal Your love. We won't stop asking until we see the harvest. Amen.

We came back refined, focused, and more convinced than ever:
PRAYER IS THE WORK.

Not a side note.
Not the warm up.
Not what we do when we’re out of options.

It’s the assignment.
It’s the breakthrough.
It’s the frontlines of revival.

While the world scrolls, we kneel.
While culture performs, we cry out.
This is not a performance. This is not a trend.

This is a holy mission and it starts on our knees.

Father, before we ask for more, we simply say thank You.
Before we cry out, we humble ourselves before Your holiness.
Let our gratitude rise like incense. Let it prepare the way for Your glory to come.

We don’t take Your mercy for granted. We honor Your presence with thankful hearts.
