Following worship, church leaders are invited to stay for our Leadership Retreat as we reflect, connect, and discern together the future of our ministry.

Congratulations to Julie Kratovil, recipient of First United Methodist Church’s Good Citizen Award Scholarship, presented at the SHS Senior Awards Ceremony!

We are proud to recognize Julie for her outstanding achievements, leadership, and caring spirit as she begins this exciting new chapter. Congratulations, Julie, and best wishes for your future!

It was also wonderful to hear that the SHS Class of 2026 received a combined total of over a quarter-million dollars in scholarships. What an incredible accomplishment for this graduating class!

After the service, stay for our Wesleyan Heritage Tour Presentation as we explore our Wesleyan roots and the Methodist movement—then and now. If you’d like, feel free to bring a small finger-food dish to share, though it’s completely optional.
