We are so proud of Deacon Cataline and are grateful for his time here in the community of Our Mother of Sorrows and Holy Cross. I encourage everyone in the Diocese of Rochester to pray for Deacon David, all of our seminarians and those who are discerning the call to priesthood and religious life.
Fr. William Coffas

Bishop John S. Bonnici will ordain Deacon David Cataline to the diocesan priesthood at Sacred Heart Cathedral on June 27, 2026.

(Edited) The Procession of the Blessed Sacrament took place following the 4 pm Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows Church on the Feast of Corpus Christi presided by our pastor, Very Reverend William G. Coffas assisted by Deacon Joseph Placious. The procession was held on the church campus with a visit to four altars representing the four corners of the world. Many thanks to the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Cenacle, Council # 3892 for their help, the parishioners who helped to decorate the altars, and those who joined in the procession on this gorgeous but windy day. God Bless you all! Co ~ submitted by Sue and Norm Oโ€™Neal.

It has been another incredible year at our Ignite program, which concluded for the season on Friday, June 5 (we will resume in October 2026). We are in awe of how the Holy Spirit is filling these wonderful young hearts! The teens surprised our dear Fr. Justin Miller as we celebrated his 10th Anniversary to the Priesthood (June 4)! He is such a blessing to us by his example of faith and love of our Lord that inspires us all! May God continue to bless Fr. Justin and our amazing young church! ๐Ÿ˜‡โค๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Cindy Lammes, Youth Ministry/Confirmation
