Hi All,
This year New Bethel is celebrating its 100th anniversary! There are many events and celebrations that will be held over this next year.
New Bethel will have a souvenir journal to commemorate the past 100 years. There’s also a cookout and family friends service that will occur every quarter.
A few of us met recently and talked about growing up at New Bethel and how it has impacted our lives. We were discussing ways in how we could thank New Bethel for what we have gained while attending. Here are a few ideas we came up with:
1.) Souvenir journal ad with people who were born 1980-1989. Have names of 80s babies and honor those who were born in the 80’s who have passed away.
2.) Donate to the church’s back to school initiative.
3.) Donate for the new children’s church ministry with items that would be needed for the children.
The idea is to give back and honor New Bethel. If you have any ideas on ways we could help as a group that would be great.
Also, this group is for the 80’s babies to remember our times at New Bethel, share the events that are happening this year and to keep in touch. Life is short and it would be great to communicate with you all and celebrate New Bethel together! Please feel free to invite other New Bethel 80’s babies to join this group.
