September is filled with great activities at Doxa Church!

- Men's Ministry will resume meeting on Saturday, September 12 at 8 AM in the Fellowship Hall.

- Women's Ministries resume meeting on Saturday, September 19 at 9 AM in the Fellowship Hall.

- Lee and Heather Ekstrom will present the ministry of Crossroads Care Center on Sunday, September 20 at 6:30 PM.

- The Women's Fall Retreat will be at Camp Barakel on September 25-27.

"A Prayer of Adoration" by Pastor Kevin Stuhlmann (August 2026).

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory.” We praise you, O God, for your holiness, for your otherness, for your transcendence, for your unique standing. There is none like you, and none can compare to you.

We praise you for the perfections of your being. You are perfect in holiness, perfect in love, perfect in justice, perfect in mercy, perfect in wisdom, and on and on, perfect, without blemish, without fault, without error, without failing.

David asks, “O Lord, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly.” Only one Man has truly and perfectly walked before you blamelessly, the Lord Jesus Christ.

And apart from his righteousness imputed to us through faith, we could not sojourn in your tent or dwell on your hill. We would not stand in the coming judgment.

But thanks be to you, O merciful and loving and gracious God. In Christ you have forgiven us, justified us, saved us, redeemed us from our sin, our guilt, and the eternal punishment we deserve.

Lift high the name of Jesus, our Savior, our perfect high priest and sacrificial Lamb. Amen.
