Night Prayer:
Thank You, my Lord and my God, for keeping me in Your heart and not letting me stray from the path; thank You because, even when I have stumbled, You have allowed me to return, granting me second chances to correct my mistakes and learn from them.

Thank You for the great fortune I have known throughout my life; for while some experiences required hard lessons, others brought me immense joy, all while I felt Your hand constantly upholding me.

Thank You because, when I sense Your nearness, my heart breathes in tranquility and peace, and because even in life’s darkest moments, You have been present to give me hope and strength.

Even when my weaknesses have tempted me to distance myself from You, something always holds me back—perhaps because I need You so deeply, or because speaking with You helps me think and act in a better way.

Thank You, Lord, for in the intimacy of prayer with You, I have learned to know myself and to discover every corner of my heart—even those parts I had tried to hide.

Thank You for showing me, with patience and love, the things about myself I was unwilling to accept, and for teaching me how to transform them into something good.

Thank You because, in this closeness to You, I realize we were not born to be alone—that we need You more than we imagine, and that in You, we find true companionship and the true meaning of life. Amen.

Morning Prayer:
It is a new morning; the sun is already casting its first rays, and—filled with love and gratitude—I thank You, beloved God, for the wonderful gift of life and for allowing me to wake up to a new week that will undoubtedly be filled with both challenges and joys.

What matters most is that, as long as You walk by my side, it will be a wonderful week of glory and triumphs.

Please guide me through every task I must undertake this week. Enlighten my mind, clarify my thoughts, and accompany me throughout my days.

Beloved God, I ask that You go with me wherever I go and that You direct my every step.

Your presence in my life is vital, Lord, and with each passing day, I need You more.

I implore You never to abandon me; cover me with Your mantle of strength and love. If, for any reason, I feel fear or doubt, whisper in my ear to remind me that Your plans are always better than mine and that I have no cause to doubt—for You know what is best for my life and always fill my days with beautiful blessings and prosperity.

I also ask You, beloved Lord of infinite mercy, to take my family by the hand; deliver them from all evil and danger, fill their lives with triumph, love, and peace, and allow them to return safely to our beautiful home each night.

Beloved God, I entrust this coming week to You. Please fill my life with well-being, prosperity, love, and joy.

Night Prayer:
Kind Father, as night falls, I wish to lift my heart to You in gratitude for Your constant companionship, for reminding me that I am never alone and that in You I find rest and peace.

I thank You for being that safe refuge that dispels loneliness; for even when I feel misunderstood, tired, or weak, You remind me that You are always by my side—that Your presence is faithful and eternal.

Lord, tonight I want to pray for all those who feel they can go on no longer, who think life has lost its meaning, or who find no one to listen to them; hold them in Your arms and remind them that in You, there is always an attentive ear, an open heart, and a love that never abandons.

I also ask You to teach us to imitate You in love, and to be, for others, a reflection of Your goodness and mercy.

Just as You listen to me and offer me comfort, teach me to listen to others without judgment, and to embrace their tears, fears, and burdens with compassion.

Help me remember that making mistakes is part of our human frailty, and that just as I have needed Your forgiveness time and again, I must also open my heart to forgive, to offer new chances, and never to close the door on someone seeking a fresh start.

My Lord and my God, tonight I place my rest—and that of my family—into Your hands.

Help me trust that tomorrow will be a new beginning, and that every fall can be transformed into victory if I am with You.

Beloved God, merciful Father and Creator of heaven, earth, and all the goodness within them: I come before You this Sunday—a day of rest and reflection—to thank You for Your infinite love and for each of Your wonderful blessings.

The night has passed, the first rays of sunlight herald the dawn, and—filled with hope and joy—I thank You for all the good You do for me and for those I love.

Thank You for the roof that shelters us, for the bread You place upon our table, for our health, for the dreams that become reality, and for the chance to wake up each day and strive for our aspirations.

Lord, today I open the doors of the home You have granted me; please visit it, walk through every room, and fill it with Your love and harmony. I ask You to look upon my life and the lives of my loved ones—our deepest desires as well as our needs—and help us attain the graces we so greatly require.

I implore You to surround us with joy, comfort us in times of despair, and be our rock and safe refuge during the storms of life. For You, Lord, are the beginning and the end, the truth and the life, my best friend and my greatest certainty.

I ask You to fill us with health, hope, wisdom, and strength. May Your help and comfort never cease; please protect us in every circumstance, free us from worry, and accompany us with Your unconditional love in all that we do.

Heavenly Father, the stars in the sky shine to announce that a new night has arrived, and as always, I come before You to give thanks for every moment of this day—for watching over me and my family, and for allowing us to reach the end of this day safe and sound, under Your blessing.

Thank You, Lord, for the many beautiful gifts You bestow upon us: for health, for food, and for being our friend and guardian; thank You for giving us the strength and wisdom needed to face every challenge and difficulty.

Before I sleep, I wish to place this night in Your hands. I ask You to visit my home, to cover it with Your mantle, and to keep all evil away; please grant us peace and well-being, and deliver us from the enemy and all the dangers that lurk in the night.

I implore You to look upon our hearts and our needs, and to grant us peaceful, restorative rest. Tomorrow, when the dawn heralds the arrival of a new day, grant us the grace to wake up with the faith and certainty that come only from Your presence, and help us achieve all our goals and deepest desires.

I also pray for those ending this day in sadness or uncertainty, for those without a roof over their heads, for the sick, and for everyone who is in need of You today.

Letter from our Pastor
Saints: our friends and patrons, our protectors
In the late days of September and the early days of October, we celebrate the feast days of a number of very notable saints: St. Padre Pio, Sts. Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, St. Jerome, St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Guardian Angels, and St. Francis of Assisi.

We can take this opportunity to remember and call to mind the great truth of the communion of saints.

As Christians, we hold tight to the truth that the material world we experience with our five senses is not all that exists. We believe in the immaterial, or spiritual, world as well.

When someone dies, they do not disappear or evaporate. The faithful departed still exist and are very much alive. We believe that every human person is an immortal soul who will never cease to exist, from the time of their conception through all eternity.

Those who have journeyed from this life to the next are still a part of our lives, our families, and the Church.

In a certain sense, those who are already in heaven are more alive than we are at this very moment. These are the saints!

The saints love us and care for us because they are perfectly united with the Holy Trinity. The saints stand not only as examples for us to imitate, but also implore God to give particular graces for our benefit.

When you are going through a difficult time or facing a seemingly unresolvable challenge, turn to one or two of the saints and ask for their heavenly assistance.

They would be the first to tell you that they have no power of their own, but that all the good they do is through the power of God.

The saints are real people. They have personalities. They have concerns and interests. They want to be our friends and our patrons, our protectors.

Some of you may already have made friends with some of the saints. Perhaps some of you have never felt that you have.

Today, I encourage each of us to learn about the life of a saint and to begin to befriend them by asking for their heavenly assistance.

The saints are alive. They care for us, and they pray on our behalf. We have the communion of saints behind us. We are not alone.

Morning Prayer:
Beloved God of infinite goodness, a new day has arrived, and with it come hundreds of opportunities to keep moving forward with my goals and to achieve my dreams.

Thank You for the beautiful gift of life, and thank You for the assurance that You will be blessing and guiding my every step throughout this day.

Lord, I ask You to grant me the kindness and wisdom to live fully in the present—where life truly happens—so that I do not lose myself in thoughts of the past that is gone or the uncertain future. In this way, I may live a life free from resentment and anxiety.

Eternal Father, please grant me the joy of a noble soul capable of loving without limits or measure, for love is the force that gives meaning to existence.

Help me to face this day with optimism and to fulfill all my obligations with a smile.

Allow me to be an instrument of Your wonderful work, and grant me a heart that can love You and love others.

Beloved God, I love You and trust in You and Your plans; therefore, on this new day, I will give my best, enjoy every moment, and grow through every new experience.

My happiness stems from knowing that You are always with me and that Your beautiful light illuminates my path. How wonderful it is to be in Your presence; for if You are by my side, I can live at peace regarding the past and with great joy and hope for the future.

Beloved God, thank You for Your goodness and for hearing my prayer. I place my life, my daily activities, and my deepest longings in Your hands.

I trust that You will grant me a wonderful day filled with blessings, for You are with me, and by Your side, everything will be perfect.

My Lord and my God, as this night falls, I wish to pause for a moment to thank You from the depths of my being.

Thank You for every lesson learned today and throughout my life, for those teachings have given me the tools needed to face the trials encountered along the way.

Thank You for allowing me to grow, to correct what needs changing, and to strengthen what should be preserved; for inspiring me to keep learning and never give up amidst the daily struggle.

You are the source of all wisdom, and I know that every idea, every moment of clarity, and every piece of knowledge comes from You.

Thank You, Lord, for giving me the capacity to think, to reason, and to find solutions amidst problems.

Thank You for the inspiration You grant me, for the opportunities You place on my path, and for ensuring I do not let them go to waste.

Thank You for helping me put what I know into practice, for helping me grow through every challenge, and for enabling me to humbly acknowledge that I still have much to learn.

You enlighten my mind and strengthen my heart so that I never lose the desire to improve and to contribute something good to others.

Today, I also wish to thank You, Lord, for the work You have given me.

For through it, I can support myself and those I love; for in that place, I not only learn but also teach and share.

Thank You for allowing me to experience professional and personal growth, and for teaching me lessons of perseverance, patience, and effort there.

I ask that I never lack inspiration, that my work may reflect Your love each day, and that my actions serve not only myself but also benefit others and bear fruit in their lives.

I place my rest in Your hands, confident that tomorrow I will rise with renewed strength to continue learning and walking with You. Amen.
