As promised at Align 2020, here is a list of upcoming Bible studies-
Join us as we dig into “What Love Is, The Letters of 1, 2, 3 John” by Kelly Minter. In this seven week study, Kelly challenges us to walk in the light and in love through pointing us straight to Jesus.
We will be meeting Tuesdays from 4:30-6 starting January 27th.
If interested, contact Jeana Valdivieso at [email protected]
Please join us for “All Things New” by Kelly Minter. Over 8 sessions we will journey through the Letter of 2 Corinthians. We will explore the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come. You can purchase your book on Amazon.
Starting: Thursday, February 27th
Time: 6:30p.m.
Place: New Hope Fellowship
Led by: Tessa Stouffer and Melissa Sergeant
Dawn Hill will be facilitating a women's study by Jen Wilkin called None Like Him:
10 Ways God Is Different from Us (and Why That's a Good Thing), and would love to have you join her. This study will help you see God and yourself more clearly, as well as help you rest more freely in God's nature.
The group will be meeting on Monday evenings from 7-8:30 PM at Flagg Rochelle Public Library, either in the downstairs meeting room or at a quiet table in the magazine section.
It will start Monday, Feb. 3rd and run six to eight weeks, depending on group preference. Books can be purchased from Amazon or other outlets for $8.50. Please contact [email protected] if you're interested.
