REMINDER: This Sunday, September 6, we will be worshipping back in the church sanctuary. The time this week is 10:00 am.

On September 13, we will resume worship at the 9:00 am time.

Friends, if you have wanted to take a tour to England to explore the early history of the Methodist Church, I'd like to invite you to join me in November of 2027 for a Wesley Heritage Tour. It is with Educational Opportunities, which was founded by a Methodist minister to give Methodists affordable opportunities to tour the Holy Land and some of our church roots. There is an optional extension trip to Ireland. The price DOES include airfare and lodging, as well as some meals.

To help us prepare for this trip, as well as for the congregation as a whole, we will have a special book study on our Methodist heritage next fall (2027), using an Adam Hamilton book entitled, "Revival!"

This Sunday we will be doing a Blessing of the Animals at Lake Sule at 10:00 am. All non-venomous pets are welcome.

Full disclosure: Luna and Donny are housemates, she is not mine, although I am one of her people. Still, she brings great joy. These pictures are from when we first met in January. She is now a great kitchen companion! There is never any evidence that I am a messy cook! She brings fun, joy, and love in full measure everywhere she goes. I'm saying this in part because she might come on Sunday, if her favorite person brings her.

If anyone has a children's picnic table that they would be willing to share for the weeks of our series on "Love One Another" that begins September 13, please let Pastor Katherine know! We would use it to gather for the Children's Time in worship.
