Rev. Todd Berner at Asbury Wesleyan is excited to announce the gatherings of pastors and church leaders in the eastern portion of the Shenandoah District of The Wesleyan Church.

The heart behind these gatherings is simple: to create space for prayer, encouragement, and connection over lunch among those of us laboring together in this region. Quarterly, the district will cover the expense of the lunch, and the others will be Dutch.

Each month, we will gather in different cities, and when one is within a reasonable distance to you, please join us.

‘We’re so excited about The Multiplication Hub on the campus of Asbury Seminary—a place being built for connection, encouragement, and shared momentum around the heart of multiplication. What started as a vision is becoming a real space where leaders, teams, and friends can gather, dream, and be refreshed for the work God is doing through them. Our Airbnb is already booking for 2026, and we’re thrilled to keep moving into the next phases of development with the goal of completing them by this summer, leading to a grand opening in late summer. There is a massive difference between worldly wisdom and Godly wisdom. Worldly wisdom is often driven by selfish ambition, but Godly wisdom is grounded in purity, peace, and humility.

Nehemiah moved with a wisdom that didn't come from a manual—it came from his ongoing conversation with God. When he finally stood before the king, he was ready because he had already sought the "hidden wisdom" found in prayer. If you need a breakthrough in your space, stop leaning on your own understanding. Ask the Father, and He will give you the wisdom you need.
