We know the amount of work, preparation, organization, transportation, registrations, and responsibility that goes into bringing students to camp each summer. Thank you for investing in the next generation. Your ministry matters more than you know.

Because of that, we’re excited to announce a BIG improvement for Youth Camp 2026 designed specifically with YOU in mind…

🔥 NEW FOR 2026: FAST PASS CHECK-IN 🔥

To help create a smoother, faster, and more organized arrival process, churches with students fully paid before arrival will now have access to our new FAST PASS CHECK-IN option.

✅ Check in your entire group at one station
✅ Receive all student check-in cards at once
✅ Move directly toward dorm check-in
✅ Quickly drop off medications at the Nurse’s Station Trailer on the way

Our goal is simple:
Make arrival easier, quicker, and less stressful so you can focus on students and ministry.

⚠ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• All medications must be checked in at the Nurse’s Station Trailer
• Parent/Leader signatures are required for medication forms
• No medications may remain in dorm rooms
• Student shirts will already be placed in cabins
• Canteen cards will be distributed through Cabin Leaders

Please note:
Room changes will NOT be permitted during arrival and may only happen after full check-in with approval from Head Dorm Leaders.

Today we celebrate someone who keeps everything moving behind the scenes in a powerful way— Jennifer Fickett! 🙌

Jennifer serves as the Administrative Assistant for Virginia Youth & Discipleship, and her impact reaches far beyond what most people ever see. From organizing details, supporting our events, communicating with leaders, and helping carry the load of ministry—she does it all with excellence, faithfulness, and a servant’s heart.

So much of what we do simply wouldn’t happen without her dedication and commitment. She is a true blessing to our team and to the entire Virginia Church of God.

Jennifer, thank you for the countless hours, the attention to detail, and the way you serve with joy and integrity. We appreciate you more than words can say!

We celebrate what God is doing through our incredible youth leaders in Virginia! 🙌

This week, through the faithful ministry of Jeramey Fleenor and Michael Cline, FOUR students gave their lives to Christ.

Praise God for changed lives, for leaders who pour into the next generation, and for the power of the Gospel at work in our students. The harvest is still happening—and we give Him all the glory! 🙌✨

Our Wednesday morning “Hook Week” was more than just a normal meeting. We had 75+ students attend in the theater this morning and FOUR made the decision to give their lives to Christ. 🙌🏻

It’s so powerful seeing our students step into a new life of hope and purpose. We are so proud of our four and can’t wait to walk this journey alongside you. As we continue to meet and grow closer to God, we appreciate the community’s support in prayer!
