A wonderful Beltane gathering at Fishburn Park in Roanoke City - our first time there! Thank you to everyone who joined us by the creek, with the trees. Few photos, but connection and community enjoyed by all, and the natural world around us showing its vitality.

Please join us for our next two events:
** Sunday, May 17th at 4 pm at Fishburn Park for our first potluck! Bring something to share, and let's get to know each other!

** Sunday, June 21st at 6 pm at Happy Hollow Gardens for a Summer Solstice Gathering - our three year anniversary! Come celebrate the strength of the sun and the longest day of the year! ~~note later time to avoid the heat~~

Want to be kept in the loop? Message us and we'll add you to our emailing list. Hope to see you there!

What a beautiful Spring Equinox gathering yesterday! Thank you to the 24 people who came to the woods to celebrate in community! We remembered to take pictures only at the very end, but look at some of the wonderful people who joined us!

Our next gathering is for Beltane on Sunday, April 26th at 4 pm. ** We will be meeting at a new place ** Fishburn Park in Roanoke City. This site is more accessible than the beautiful Happy Hollow - both physically easier to move about in, and it can be reached via public transportation. Our hope is to meet twice a year in places like this so that the wider community can enjoy connecting with the Wheel of the Year. If you know anyone who has hesitated to join us because of physical limitations - or because we are usually at a remote park in the woods😄- please let them know about our next gathering. It will be a wonderful time to celebrate together and create connection and community!

Our Winter Solstice Gathering today is cancelled!
Wind chill is forecast to reach zero degrees, and that isn't safe for anyone to be outside in for several hours. 🥶😦💨

Please join us for our next gathering, 🌱 Imbolc: Stirring of the Seeds 🌱 on Sunday, February 1st, 2026 at 2 pm at Happy Hollow Gardens!

A beautiful Lúnasa to you all! Thank you to everyone who came out this past Sunday to celebrate First Harvest! It was a fabulous time of silent wander and fellowship, with an excellent variety of fresh food afterwards! Again, no group pictures (any picture takers out there?), but enjoy this lovely yellow garden spider eating a june bug! Join us for our Fall Equinox gathering on Sunday, September 21st at 4 pm at Happy Hollow Gardens Park! Note earlier start time, as the days continue to shorten.

Another great Summer Solstice gathering! Thanks to the 12 people who braved the rain and chance of thunderstorms! The musical sounds of the nearby stream added delight to our solo wanders and our song and dance in the pavilion. No pictures again - whoops. Perhaps you would like to take pictures next time? Hope to see everyone at our next gathering on July 27th at 6 pm for Lúnasa: First Harvest at Happy Hollow Gardens!
