Save the date! Dr. Kenyatta R. Gilbert, Ph.D., Dean of Howard University School of Divinity, will deliver the Burton-Johnson Lecture on October 19, at 12 noon. Williams Memorial Baptist Church is the host church. Dr. Gilbert is a world-renowned scholar, preacher, author, and lecturer. The Burton-Johnson Lecture is presented by the Sweet Union and Williams Memorial Baptist Churches to honor the legacy of their former pastors Edward T. Burton and Paul E. Johnson.
