Week 3 of “Becoming Extraordinary” in New Life Kids! 🧡💚💙💜

This Sunday, we continued our series by learning one of the most exciting stories in David’s life, David and Goliath!

While everyone else was afraid of the giant Goliath, David trusted that God was bigger than any challenge he faced! With just a sling, a stone, and a whole lot of faith, David stepped forward because he knew the battle belonged to the Lord.

Our kids were reminded that we don’t have to be the biggest, strongest, or bravest because we serve a BIG God! When we put our trust in Him, we can face difficult situations with faith and courage.

This week, ask your kids: “What is a big challenge you can trust God to help you face?”

What an incredible day at Cultivating Kingdom Builders: A Spiritual Parenting Conference! ❤️

We are so thankful for everyone who joined us today! It was such a wonderful time of worship, encouragement, learning, and growing together as we focused on what truly matters, raising children who know, love, and follow Jesus!

A special thank you to Michelle Anthony for sharing such powerful biblical wisdom and practical encouragement!

Our prayer is that every parent, grandparent, and caregiver left feeling encouraged and equipped to be intentional about cultivating a lasting faith in the next generation.

Spiritual parenting isn't about raising perfect kids. It's about creating opportunities for our children to encounter a perfect Savior.

We can't wait to see how God continues to work in the hearts and homes of the families who attended!

Such a great Sunday in New Life Kids! 🧡💚💙💜

This Sunday, we continued our “Becoming Extraordinary” series as we learned about David, the Musician!

Before David became king, God used his musical gifts to serve others. David played his harp for King Saul, reminding us that even the talents and abilities that may seem ordinary can be used by God for something extraordinary!

Our kids were reminded that God makes ordinary people extraordinary! He has given each of us unique gifts and talents, and we can use them to serve Him and bless others.

What gifts has God given your child? Take some time this week to talk about how they can use those gifts to honor God!

We can’t wait to see what we learn next as we continue discovering how God worked through David’s life!

A NEW SERIES HAS BEGUN IN NEW LIFE KIDS! 🧡💚💙💜

This Sunday, we kicked off our brand-new series, “Becoming Extraordinary,” where we’ll be learning all about the life of David!

For our first lesson, we learned about how Samuel anointed David to be the next king of Israel. Even though David may have seemed like an ordinary shepherd boy, God saw something extraordinary in him!

Our kids were reminded that God doesn’t need us to be extraordinary on our own. He can take ordinary people and use them in extraordinary ways!

God has a purpose for each one of us, and when we trust Him and follow His plan, He can do amazing things through our lives!

We can’t wait to see what God teaches us next as we continue becoming extraordinary!

Our church boys and youth are headed out for an awesome weekend together!

It’s going to be a weekend packed with archery, go-karts, rock climbing, worship, and the Word. But most importantly, a chance to build friendships, make memories, grow in faith, and encourage one another!

Pray for our boys and leaders as they spend the weekend having fun, growing together, and growing closer to Christ.
