Kelly Council 10966 at St. Jane Frances in Riviera Beach, MD! If you’re interested in helping those in need, serving our parish and Church, growing in your faith, bonding with men who share your faith, or having exclusive access to top-rated insurance protection for your family, then the Knights of Columbus is the organization for you! The Msgr. Raymond Kelly Council Knights of Columbus at St. Jane Frances de Chantal parish is for practicing Catholic men, 18 and over, who wish to make a difference in our parish and our community as well as within themselves. Join the almost 2 million strong force that Pope St. John Paul II called the “strong arm of the Catholic Church,” and see how much of a difference you can make for the better! A majority of our members are parishioners of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church in Riviera Beach, Maryland, but many members also participate from surrounding towns and parishes. The Council presently has approximately 167 members and is enrolled in Division B of the Maryland State Council. Council Membership meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm in St. Jane Frances Parish Hall at 8513 Saint Jane Drive in Pasadena, Maryland. The meeting is preceded by a social hour beginning at 6:30pm. All current Knights of Columbus are invited to attend. Council Officers’ Planning meetings are the fourth Wednesday of the month on Zoom; council members are also invited to attend.

It is with great sadness that we report on the passing of our long-time Brother Sir Knight John (Jack) Schuster on June 11, 2026. Jack was a cornerstone of Council #10966, dedicated to our core principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. For many years, he embodied the true spirit of a Knight through his selfless service to our parish, his support of community events, and his willingness to help any brother or neighbor in need. His steadfast faith and integrity were a constant source of strength for us all.

He was a true exemplar of Blessed Michael McGivney's vision, and his absence leaves a profound gap in our fraternity.

Please keep Jack, his wife Marilyn, and their family in your prayers.

Knights of Columbus Council 10966 recently donated $20,000.00 to St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church to help with the rebuilding of the church’s pipe organ which was in need of major repairs. Shown in the photo is our pastor Fr. Steve Hook being presented with a commemorative check from current Grand Knight Travis Cannon.

This is just one of our charitable donations in the church and community made possible with the proceeds from our fundraising activities held at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church in Riviera Beach. Thank you to everyone who attends and supports our events! 🙏
