Hey church!!! Invite friends. It’s always a good time and dinner sounds yummy. We’re serving chicken cor don blu, garlic mashed potatoes, salad, steamed veggies and rolls.

 Some folks have been asking whether or not children can come. This is an adult only event and unfortunately we are not able to provide childcare.

We will need everyone to bring money to church next week so Renee can give a head count and provide the deposit to the caterer. Thanks Church Fam!!

Hey Church!!

We got a cool message from Alex Germeyer (Hazel’s husband) and he has something really neat he would like to share with our church family:

Hello !

My name is Alex and I would like to offer you the opportunity to get a Peace Light on 12/21, right after the service ends, in the vestibule of our church.

You may be thinking, but what exactly is a Peace Light ?

In short : In the grotto at the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem, oil lamps have burned constantly for more than 1000 years. Since 1986, boy scouts have brought that flame every year from Bethlehem into the world.

And this year, for the first time ever, you will have the opportunity to capture that flame from our church.

Your jobs are only to show up, bring a light with you (candle, lantern) and some container (glass jar, metal can, metal bucket) to put the light into, for your car ride home.

For 30 Minutes, After the service ended, I will be sitting at a table in the vestibule and share my Peace Light with you, .

Just a reminder if your child is participating in the Christmas program on the 14th, there will be a rehearsal right after church tomorrow. The kids will have pizza before the rehearsal. Thank you for getting your kids to church to participate!

Hey Church!

Our Kids Halloween party is on October 26th from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.
Pizza and water will be provided.

We are asking for volunteers to help with the following:

Baked goods for the cake walk
Donations of individually wrap prizes and/or candy.
Volunteers to run games

 There will be a couple of sign-up sheets at church for volunteers and for donations toward the party. If you were donating items, it would be greatly appreciated. If you could include the quantity of items you plan to bring.

Good afternoon church!!

We wanted to give a quick heads up to any of our families that keep their kiddos in service with you, tomorrow we will be continuing our 10 commandment series. This week we will be delving into the topic if adultery and it will contain content that is sexual in nature.

Hey Church Fam!

The Fabulous Family Fall Farm Night is booked!

When: September 27, 2025 from 5-9 PM

Where: 48700 Geddes Road Canton MI 48188

Cost: $12 per person for ages 3+

What to know: This is a family friendly event. We will have a pot luck so we ask everyone to bring a dish to pass and your favorite non alcoholic beverage.

What’s included: Use of the barn ( as long as we have 50+ in attendance), a petting farm, 30 minute hayride, horseback riding in the corral for the kids and a beautiful playground.

It’s a great night with tons to do. We hope you can all make it and invite friends and family.

This Sunday immediately after church we will be hosting a pot luck and informational meeting lead by Ray Zaviski regarding Rural Educational Connections. There will be broasted chicken provided. If you could please comment what you plan to bring it would be helpful.
