This Lenten Devotional is meant to enhance the penitential devotion of those who use it by offering the insights of a number of Anglican clergy and special guests of the Anglican Province of America.

Each day, scriptural passages assigned for Morning or Evening Prayer in the 1928 Book of Common Prayer lectionary provide the biblical material from which these meditations are drawn, as the writings are meant to enhance the discipline of praying the daily offices.
