Were looking for 4bed / 2bath homes to rent and manage for you, so you don't have to. If you happen to be a realestate investor, this is a great opportunity for you. Im willing to completely renovate and remodel any fixer upper home that you may have that's in need repairs and credit my labor towards future rent. All you have to do is buy the materials necessary for the remodel project and turn me loose. Awesome Ministry Sober Living Homes / AKA... Jody Cox will rent the home from you as well as manage and maintain it for free once the renovation is complete and the home is livable. I would like to sign at least a five year lease, but If you decide to sell the home in the future, I want hold you to it. Our 4 bedroom sober living homes occupies 7 tenants each paying $135wk ea. Plus the manager, which lives rent free to manage and maintain the home.
